How it works

We make it quick to reach a radon company that works where you live, whether that's in North Dakota or Minnesota.

  1. You call or send a request

Tell us your town and your situation: you haven't tested, a test came back high, you're buying or selling, or a fan has quit.

  2. We connect you with a local company

Calls and requests go to an independent radon company that serves the Grand Forks area.

  3. The company handles the job

They quote, schedule and do the work. Pricing, warranties and terms come from them directly.

What we are and aren't

Grand Forks Radon Removal is a referral service, not a contractor. We don't send crews or employ technicians, and we don't set prices. Using the site is free for homeowners.

The rules differ by state. In Minnesota, radon mitigation for someone else must be done by a Minnesota Department of Health licensee, and every professionally installed system gets an MDH tag. In North Dakota, the Department of Environmental Quality keeps a contractor list and points to NRPP certification, so ask for proof of it. On either side, get a written proposal that shows the pipe route, fan location, warranty and how the follow-up test will be done.
